Job Description:

Sales Strategy Execution

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans to meet or exceed established goals and targets. This will involve cultivating and maintaining business relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying new opportunities and pitching tailored solutions to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure long-term partnerships
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify opportunities for growth and development
  • Pitch innovative solutions to clients, leveraging expertise and industry knowledge to drive sales success
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to articulate complex ideas simply and effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively
Working Conditions:

This role is based in Binan, Laguna, and requires regular onsite work. The ideal candidate will be flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is around PHP 120,000 - PHP 180,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure is reflective of industry standards and takes into account factors such as cost of living, location, and level of responsibility.
