We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team of professionals who strive to deliver exceptional results for clients, while fostering a culture of growth and learning.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for marketing, who is collaborative and a lifelong learner. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Managing day-to-day task intakes
- Facilitating effective team communication
- Providing timely client and stakeholder updates
- Crafting insightful reports
- Coordinating timelines and schedules
- Ensuring deliverables meet expectations
- Reporting to the Account Manager and aligning with client objectives
- Addressing key questions around project scope
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or administrative work
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail) and Microsoft Outlook (Office 365)
We are looking for candidates who possess desirable skills such as keyword research, editorial calendar planning, content brief preparation, blog/article writing, PR experience, project management, Canva design, email marketing, AI tools proficiency, Adobe tools proficiency, video editing skills, social media video marketing, CRM experience, and Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Bing Ads experience.
The schedule for this role is Monday to Friday, 8AM to 6PM EST.
