Bookkeeping and Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeping and Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role combines bookkeeping responsibilities with administrative support, making it an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy both data entry and office work.

The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks Online, POS systems, and calendar management. They will also possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process data entry in QuickBooks Online
  • Handle daily sales entries using POS systems
  • Support the accounting team during peak periods
  • Maintain accurate financial records
  • Ensure data accuracy and organization
Administrative Support:
  • Manage calendars and scheduling
  • Handle client communications
  • Support personal administrative tasks
  • Coordinate with team members
  • Maintain organized documentation
Project Management:
  • Track tasks through project management software
  • Coordinate team projects
  • Manage deadlines
  • Monitor project progress
  • Maintain organized workflows
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of bookkeeping experience
  • 1+ years of QuickBooks Online experience (strongly preferred)
  • 1+ years experience with POS systems
  • 1+ years of project management experience
  • 1+ years of calendar/administrative management
  • Proven track record of professional communication
  • Experience working remotely
