Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and astute individual to serve as the primary liaison between Finance, Engineering, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support & Maintenance
    • Manage configurations, user roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reporting within NetSuite.
    • Provide day-to-day support to finance and business users, resolving system issues promptly.
  • Process Enhancement & Automation
    • Analyze business processes across finance, accounting, and related functions to identify areas for improvement.
    • Recommend and implement system enhancements, automation, and integrations to reduce manual effort.
    • Partner with stakeholders to design and deploy scalable workflows, custom scripts, and controls.
  • Implementation & Projects
    • Support system upgrades, module implementations, and third-party integrations (e.g., CRM, billing platforms, payment gateways).
    • Collaborate with external consultants and vendors when needed.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Data Management & Reporting
    • Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial and operational data across NetSuite and integrated systems.
    • Develop and maintain saved searches, KPIs, and custom reports to support decision-making.
    • Support monthly/quarterly close activities with system-driven reconciliations and reporting.
    • Document system configurations, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
    • Implement controls to safeguard data integrity and system security.
