Senior Administrative Coordinator
About the RoleThis is a remote position. As a Senior Administrative Coordinator, you will provide comprehensive administrative assistance to senior leadership, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
You will also be responsible for drafting, editing, and formatting high-quality documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Word and other Microsoft Office tools to support proposals, project updates, and internal communications.
Maintaining organized filing systems for contracts, project documentation, and corporate records is another key responsibility, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
You will manage email and phone correspondence with professionalism and discretion, acting as a liaison between executives, clients, and internal teams.
In addition, you will track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables; assist in coordinating special initiatives, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to required standards.
You will conduct research and compile data for reports, presentations, and executive decision-making, ensuring information is relevant and industry-specific.
Qualifications- Minimum 2.5-5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role;
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word; working knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint;
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain detailed records, and uphold deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the tact and professionalism required for client-facing correspondence;
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining alignment with executive priorities;
- Proven track record of handling sensitive information with integrity and adherence to corporate confidentiality standards;
