About the Role

Cobden & Carter International is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our Distributor Partner and salesforce in Bohol. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the distribution and merchandising strategies across the region.

Responsibilities

  • You will collaborate with top customers and distributors to develop and implement strategies that drive sell-out volume, distribution, merchandising, availability, and pricing optimization.
  • Lead distributors and key customers in strategy development and deployment, working closely with our MA channel team to ensure effective planning and prioritization.
  • Develop and execute local category and channel plans to continually build business growth.
  • Jointly design and implement programs, such as promotions and merchandising drives, to drive visibility and execution.
  • Oversee the deployment of field merchandising teams to ensure timely and accurate product availability and promotion execution.

Requirements

  • A Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or equivalent is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in general trade environments and territory sales management.
  • You should have strong business acumen and a solid background in managing trade investments.
  • Experience in leading, coaching, and motivating sales forces is essential.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.

This role is based in Bohol, Central Visayas, with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday.
