Sales Director-FMCG

Position Summary
As a Senior Sales Manager - FMCG, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the assigned area through distributor management and strategic planning.
Main Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute sales strategies to achieve/exceed sales/volume growth rate targets and performance standards for store presence, operations, productivity, and service.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews, strategic, and tactical reviews with distributors to ensure alignment with district and region goals.
- Assess and improve current processes and systems to ensure the fast and superior execution of initiatives and plans.
- Manage the performance of assigned distributors' sales force through training, coaching, and evaluation.
- Requirements
- Education
- Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree
- Experience
- At least 10 years of professional experience in sales and distributor management, 5 years of which are in a supervisory or managerial level.
- Skills
- Proficient in Distributor Management, Key Account Management, Negotiation, Execution, and Sales Leadership.
- Knowledgeable in Channel Marketing, Sales Analysis & Planning, and Financial Management.
- Additional Requirements
- Flexible to travel.
