Job Description

Position Summary

As a Senior Sales Manager - FMCG, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the assigned area through distributor management and strategic planning.

Main Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute sales strategies to achieve/exceed sales/volume growth rate targets and performance standards for store presence, operations, productivity, and service.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews, strategic, and tactical reviews with distributors to ensure alignment with district and region goals.
  • Assess and improve current processes and systems to ensure the fast and superior execution of initiatives and plans.
  • Manage the performance of assigned distributors' sales force through training, coaching, and evaluation.
  • Requirements
  • Education
  • Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience
  • At least 10 years of professional experience in sales and distributor management, 5 years of which are in a supervisory or managerial level.
  • Skills
  • Proficient in Distributor Management, Key Account Management, Negotiation, Execution, and Sales Leadership.
  • Knowledgeable in Channel Marketing, Sales Analysis & Planning, and Financial Management.
  • Additional Requirements
  • Flexible to travel.
