Executive & Personal Support Specialist

We're an innovative team seeking a seasoned Executive & Personal Assistant to provide exceptional support to our founder and team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent English proficiency, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Managing Director's calendar, inboxes, meetings, tasks, travel, and communications; serve as a trusted right-hand in both business and personal administration.
  • Support business operations by tracking projects, coordinating clients, and planning capacity; assist with internal process improvement and workflow optimization.
  • Be proficient in tools like Office 365, Teams, VOIP, project software (e.g., Monday.com), and suggest improvements using technology and AI.
  • Be highly organized, trustworthy, fast-learning, adaptable, and capable of handling confidential information discreetly.
  • Liaise professionally with clients, team members, and suppliers; draft emails, attend virtual meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Identify tasks without constant direction, problem-solve independently, and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Ensure a stable internet connection, a professional home office, secure tech setup, and long-term remote work readiness.
