Job Overview

GoPeople is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support the onboarding and performance of our Runner network (delivery drivers). This role focuses heavily on outbound calls, guiding Runners through onboarding, ensuring adherence to delivery protocols, and monitoring live delivery performance to maintain efficiency and reliability.


Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to Runners to assist with onboarding and communicate GoPeople's delivery guidelines.
  • Provide step-by-step walkthroughs of procedures and address questions from new or existing Runners.
  • Monitor Runner routes in real time to ensure timely arrivals at pick-up and drop-off points.
  • Follow up with Runners during live deliveries to ensure job completion and address any issues.
  • Support Runners with operational challenges, delays, or clarifications as they occur.
  • Assist in job assignment based on location, urgency, and Runner availability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination between delivery operations and customer service.
  • Record call interactions, route observations, and incident reports in the system.
  • Provide feedback to enhance onboarding materials and optimize workflow processes.

Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills—both verbal and written.
  • Experience in outbound calling, customer service, or support roles—preferably in logistics, delivery, or transport.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to respond to real-time issues quickly and accurately.
  • Confident explaining procedures and systems in a clear, patient, and friendly manner.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and provide effective solutions on the fly.
  • Friendly, team-oriented attitude when working with Runners and internal departments.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required if relevant experience is present.
