Job Overview

This is a client-facing role that requires managing the day-to-day administration of client service and coordinating on analysis and reporting of assigned research projects.

Maintaining a client service orientation is key to ensuring timely and precise delivery of services according to client business needs and meeting the company's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate, complete, up-to-date and insightful client business profiles for senior management review.
  • Assist senior staff in delivering quality services to clients by ensuring all deliverables are aligned with regional client service standards.
  • Contribute to sales activities in conjunction with senior staff through preparation of proposals and credential presentations.
  • Communicate client needs effectively to the appropriate team members.
  • Provide research, administrative and operational support to senior staff as needed.
  • Be accountable for work conducted for nominated clients in terms of analyses, charting etc.
  • Ensure client service deliverables meet the required standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with research techniques and applications.
  • Integrate multiple data sources to answer business issues.
  • Perform quality checks on all reports for alignment to request, accuracy and correctness.
Qualifications
  • Graduate degree in Economics, Statistics, Communication Research, Marketing or Business Management & Analytics.
  • 2-4 years experience working in a similar position preferably in Market Research and Client Services.
  • Experience with consumer marketing, statistics, research techniques and experimental designs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint or Google Spreadsheet and Slides.
  • Effective English communication skills in a cross-country environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
