We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a global portfolio of recruitment agencies.
You will source and sign new agents in strategic international markets, conduct business meetings and webinars with partners to drive applications, and travel to industry events and key markets to establish and strengthen relationships.
As an Account Manager, you will monitor agency performance and optimize conversion rates, track activities, leads, and commissions using CRM tools, and participate in weekly sales meetings to contribute ideas and hit KPIs.
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment and enjoys talking to people.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management or international recruitment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data-informed decision making
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English fluency required)
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and growing accounts
