Job Title: Global Communication Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to facilitate effective communication between diverse groups. As a Global Communication Specialist, you will play a vital role in conveying messages across language barriers, ensuring seamless interactions between parties.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional linguistic skills, with fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) and Mandarin/Cantonese (reading, writing, and speaking). You will work from home in a secure environment, equipped with a mobile phone running on Android 12 or iOS 15 or later versions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Convey messages accurately and efficiently in the preferred language of the caller
  • Ensure effective communication between parties, fostering mutual understanding
  • Work rotating shifts for up to 9 hours at a time, following a scheduled rotation within 24 hours, including night shifts
  • Be available to work on public holidays, as the operation is 24/7
Requirements:
  1. Fluent in English (read, speak, and write)
  2. Fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese (read, write, and speak)
  3. Ability to work independently in a quiet and secure environment
  4. Mobile phone with Android 12 or iOS 15 or later versions
  5. Willingness to work rotating shifts and public holidays
