Director of Partnerships

This role is a key member of the Partner Success team, supporting the success and growth of B2B travel commerce partners in Asia Pacific.

The Director will execute partner strategy, drive engagement, and ensure partners are fully enabled to grow with our platform. This is a highly cross-functional role that blends commercial acumen, operational execution, and relationship management.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, business-level fluency in Korean and English, proven ability to manage and grow strategic partnerships, excellent analytical skills, and experience in data-driven decision-making.

The Director will work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure partners' ongoing success, with a special focus on Korean-speaking partners. The role will involve defining and executing the Partner Success strategy, leading onboarding and enablement for Korean-speaking partners, driving adoption of new products and features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve partner issues and deliver an excellent partner experience.

Key aspects of this position include:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with key partners to ensure long-term success.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve partner issues and improve overall partner experience.

Beyond these responsibilities, the successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the development of the company's partner ecosystem, identify opportunities for process improvements, and help shape the future of our partnership strategy.
