About Us

We are currently seeking a skilled E-commerce & Supplier Partnerships Lead to spearhead the growth of our established B2B/B2C platform.

This is an offshore role where you'll be instrumental in expanding our network of high-end furniture and premium food suppliers, and nurturing commercial partnerships.

Responsibilities
  • Supplier Acquisition: Identify, source, and secure new suppliers by negotiating and finalizing supply and wholesale agreements.
  • Onboarding Process: Manage the onboarding process for all new suppliers.
  • Product Catalog Management: Meticulously maintain and update product catalogs, including complex multi-tiered pricing structures.
Operational Excellence
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate logistics and fulfillment to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products.
  • Day-to-Day Operations: Monitor day-to-day platform operations to guarantee a seamless customer experience and quickly resolve any issues.
Performance Analysis and Reporting
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Track and analyze key business metrics such as profit margins, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), stock levels, and lead times.
  • Performance Reports: Prepare and present performance reports to management with clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
Ideal Candidate ProfileExperience and Skills
  • Procurement and Sourcing Experience: Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supplier management, preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment.
  • Negotiation and Communication Skills: Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to confidently manage professional relationships via phone and email.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with a talent for identifying trends and working with data.
  • E-commerce Operations: Familiarity with e-commerce operations and proficiency in using spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel) and CRM tools.
