
Technical Business Partnerships Manager

Job Overview is to ensure the successful integration of our products, supporting clients at various levels and developing strong relationships that drive business growth. The role requires attention to detail, experience managing complex clients, data analysis skills, organizational abilities, troubleshooting expertise, and intermediate to advanced web knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic client services, understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable solutions.
- Present and facilitate meetings for clients of varying sizes, promoting our product suite.
- Offer technical assistance and troubleshooting during implementation and deployment of our technology products.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to scope, prioritize, and manage customer requests.
- Communicate effectively with clients through written and verbal interactions, leveraging previous work experiences.
- Develop strong communication skills for 1:1 interactions and large group meetings, adapting to diverse audiences.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for all technical products.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative to learn products quickly.
- Manage projects effectively, maintaining organized documentation, monitoring timelines, and meeting client expectations.
- Bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in software technical support, account management, or technical customer-facing roles.
- Strong understanding of technological platforms and web infrastructure, including online ad serving systems on desktop and mobile.
- Intermediate knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and debuggers like Firebug.
- Understanding of technical documentation, including product specs and API integrations.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
- Excellent customer relationship skills, assessing client needs and interacting with all levels of management.
