We are looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of Associate Partnerships Manager.
About the Role:
- This is an exciting opportunity to build and activate channel partnerships that generate Sales-Qualified Leads (SQLs).
Main Responsibilities:
- Partner Sourcing:
- Identify and prioritize target partners with strong potential for collaboration.
- Maintain accurate enrichment fields in HubSpot CRM.
- Outreach & SQL Generation:
- Develop and execute a tailored outreach strategy via CRM Sequences.
- Coordinate introductions and follow-up calls with partner representatives.
- Partnership Enablement:
- Create compelling content, including a partner deck and joint value proposition.
- Streamline MOU template sign-off and onboarding processes.
- Internal Alignment:
- Foster regular communication with Appointment Setter teams.
- Accurately track revenue attribution and commission splits.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Share valuable insights gathered from talk-track analysis with Marketing teams.
- Conduct A/B testing for subject lines and call-openers to optimize performance.
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, account management, or high-activity sales.
- Strong research and prospecting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Success Metrics:
- Weekly: Achieve a minimum of 8 partner-generated SQLs booked; maintain an invalid SQL rate below 10%.
- Monthly: Hold at least 32 SQL meetings; achieve a partner show-rate of 60% or higher.
Career Advancement:
- Promotion to Partnerships Manager upon successful completion of the 6-month milestone.
- Future career paths: Sr. Partnerships Manager → Channel Director.
