Job Title: Partnership Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Partnership Growth Specialist to spearhead our efforts in targeting and acquiring institutional partners in the USA and Canada. This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate the complexities of the education sector, close high-value deals, and lay the foundation for long-term partnerships that will support our scaling efforts.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of closing large deals with academic institutions and building long-term strategic partnerships. They will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and securing partnerships with colleges and universities, aligning our platform with their academic and administrative needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand the specific challenges and needs of the education sector.
  • Partnership Development: Develop tailored strategies for engaging with institutional clients, creating proposals, and presenting our value proposition to academic decision-makers.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate terms, finalize contracts, and ensure a smooth handoff to the partnerships team for onboarding.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with universities, ensuring a deep understanding of their evolving needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably within the education sector or EdTech.
  • English language fluency (American accent preferred).
