Job Title

E-Commerce Partnership Manager Lead is a key role within our organization.

This position is responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of supplier relationships, from initial outreach and negotiation to ongoing operational support. We are searching for a motivated and strategic professional who will drive growth by expanding our network of high-end furniture and premium food suppliers, and nurturing commercial partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, source, and secure new suppliers through negotiations and finalization of supply and wholesale agreements.
  • Manage the onboarding process for all new suppliers, ensuring seamless integration into our system.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product catalogs, including complex pricing structures.
Operational Excellence:
  • Coordinate logistics and fulfillment to ensure efficient delivery of products, guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor day-to-day platform operations to resolve any issues promptly, maintaining a seamless customer experience.
Performance & Reporting:
  • Track and analyze business metrics such as profit margins, COGS, stock levels, and lead times, providing actionable insights.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to management with clear recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supplier management, preferably within an e-commerce environment.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to manage professional relationships effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in data analysis and trends identification.
