Affiliate Partnership Leader

We are seeking a strategic leader to manage and scale our affiliate partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Primary: Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive ROI
- Identify and build relationships with key influencers, brands, and YouTubers to expand our affiliate network
- Negotiate contracts, onboard new affiliates, and ensure smooth integration
- Build and maintain effective communication with affiliates to foster long-term partnerships
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations to optimize affiliate campaigns
- Design and implement promotional campaigns to maximize revenue
- Create reports using internal data to track and optimize affiliate performance
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in affiliate marketing with verifiable results
- Proven ability to build and manage affiliate partnerships that drive ROI
- Strong understanding of CPA models, conversion rates, LTV, and campaign performance tracking
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
- Fluent English—both written and spoken
