Job Overview:

IT Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT support specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support and be able to provide excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to employees worldwide. This includes troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues for Mac and Windows users.

The role also involves assisting users with basic issues related to Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar), Active Directory, Okta, GTM Applications like Salesforce and other company standard applications.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide initial troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Assist users with basic issues related to enterprise IT tools and platforms.
  • Support users with basic conferencing setups.

The successful candidate will have excellent time management skills and be able to work independently during the night shift.

Requirements:
  • 1-2+ years of experience in an IT helpdesk or technical support role.
  • Basic troubleshooting experience with macOS and Windows operating systems.
  • Familiarity with common enterprise IT tools and platforms.
  • Experience using remote support tools.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts.
