Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Professional to join our team. As a Help Desk Professional, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing technical support and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
About the Role:- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and implement process improvements
- Document and track all support requests and resolutions using our ticketing system
- Strong understanding of IT fundamentals, including operating systems, networking, and security protocols
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, O365, and other relevant technologies
