About the RoleAs a key contact point for our users, you will provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries efficiently and resolving issues promptly. Responsibilities include:
- Responding to inbound calls within an acceptable timeframe.
- Addressing customer concerns through phone, email, or chat.
- Managing a queue of tickets with competing priorities.
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience in a support or service role.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in an agile environment.
