Job Overview

This role involves managing a team of sales specialists who provide support to enterprise clients and external marketplace vendors. As a key member of our revenue operations organization, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of the team and ensure they achieve their targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies for the App Commercial Desk, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales specialists, providing guidance and mentorship to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with content managers and business process analysts to create and maintain process documentation for the App Commercial Desk.
  • Handle internal escalations in a timely manner, ensuring that problems are resolved quickly and efficiently.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across organizational boundaries.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools, with the ability to create complex formulas and reports.
  • Working knowledge of sales service desk tools and quoting/billing/vendor management systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Atlassian products and Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Background in the enterprise software industry, with a focus on sales and customer service.
  • Knowledge of SOX Controls and controls environment.
