Technical Support Specialist (Help Desk and Hardware Support)
San Fernando, Pampanga
Industry: Fin-Tech
Salary: Up to PHP 50,000.00
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, chat, and in-person assistance.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware (computers, printers, mobile devices) and software.
Support end-users with operating systems and network connectivity issues.
Ensure timely escalation of unresolved problems to the next level of support.
Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and resolutions.
Travel to Bohol as needed to provide onsite support and coordination.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical support or help desk role.
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
Proficiency in network fundamentals and operating systems.
