Customer Service Representative in Spanish

The role of a Customer Service Representative is to deliver exceptional support across phone, email, and chat to clients in both Spanish and English. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for helping others.

To be successful in this role, you will need to handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. You will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both Spanish and English, understanding customer needs and providing accurate, timely solutions.

You will also research internal systems to resolve issues and collaborate with other departments as needed. Following client-specific processes, scripts, and compliance protocols, you will use technology platforms to manage accounts and document interactions.

Escalating unresolved concerns to the appropriate team or supervisor, you will ensure first-contact resolution through effective problem-solving. Staying current with training materials, system updates, and product knowledge, you will maintain confidentiality and protect customer data.

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 6 months of experience in voice, email, and chat support as a Spanish-speaking agent. Additionally, you must have a typing speed of 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy, and grammar assessment scores of ≥ 85% and comprehension scores of ≥ 90%.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, familiarity with Windows PC applications, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with CRM platforms is a plus, and you should have strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.

Finally, you must be reliable with consistent attendance and punctuality, flexible to work shifts including weekends and holidays, and team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
