CITCO INTERNATIONAL SUPPORT SERVICES LIMITED-PHILIPPINE ROHQ is seeking a Vice President, Alternative Asset Fund Management to join our team in Makati City, Metro Manila.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end fund accounting and investor reporting process for a portfolio of private equity funds.
This includes preparing accurate and timely financial statements, capital account statements, and other reports for fund investors.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of private equity fund structures, operations, and reporting requirements, as well as excellent leadership and team management skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the end-to-end fund accounting and investor reporting process
- Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and fund agreements
- Providing strategic financial and operational advice to fund managers
- Supervising and developing a team of fund accounting professionals
