Channel Growth Specialist

Role Summary
The Channel Growth Specialist will be responsible for leading the end-to-end process of assigned channel groups to achieve corporate sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead joint business planning and business reviews with trade partners;
- Monitor competitor activities and propose counter-strategies;
- Coordinate and evaluate trade activations;
- Inter-departmental coordination with stakeholders;
- Perform other related functions as required.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field;
- Required skills: People Management, Account Management, MS Office, Analytical and presentation skills;
- At least 1-2 years experience in FMCG with relevant exposure in handling group channels;
- Good written and verbal communication skills;
- Able to drive a 4-wheel vehicle;
- Willng to handle Greater Manila Area responsibilities.
