Job Summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions for associates, applying effective communication techniques to facilitate knowledge sharing, and maintaining a repository of reusable training materials.

In this role, you will work closely with the management team to identify and implement initiatives related to learning and ongoing floor support. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure that our clients receive exceptional service. Additionally, you will adhere to HIPAA guidelines and policies, demonstrating your ability to work in a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct training sessions for associates
• Apply effective communication techniques to facilitate knowledge sharing
• Maintain a repository of reusable training materials
• Identify and implement initiatives related to learning and ongoing floor support
• Work closely with the management team to ensure seamless operations
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and policies

Requirements:
• 2 years of experience in healthcare or Trainer role (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to work on a shifting schedule and on-site in Market Market BGCEssential Functions/Responsibilities:Conducts the necessary training to all associates within the organizationApply communications and training techniques to facilitate the appropriate use of knowledge resources in Allsec's business activities by coordinating and/or facilitating end-user learning sessions.Maintain a relevant repository of re-usable communication and training materialIdentify, coordinate and implement initiatives related to learning/knowledge and ongoing floor supportPerforms Monitoring and provides feedback to the Management Team and to the ClientParticipates and coordinates in Quality Calibration Sessions with the clients and the management teamEnsure that appropriate knowledge tools, techniques and standards are being utilized to meet requirements and needsIdentify, coordinate and implement initiatives related to learning/knowledge and ongoing floor supportAdhere to all HIPAA guidelines and policiesPerform other projects and duties as requiredExciting benefits await you ​
• Estimated salary: PHP 150,000 - 180,000,
The estimated salary range is based on the location and industry standard for this role.
