Division Head of Business Development and Growth

The Division Head of Business Development and Growth will oversee critical functions, including sales, sales support, order distribution, and client management. This strategic leader will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing diverse teams, and fostering a customer-centric culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
• Manage the sales team, including sales representatives, account managers, and business development executives.
• Set sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing to align sales strategies with market trends and customer needs.
Sales Support and Order Distribution:
• Oversee the sales support function, ensuring efficient lead management, proposal preparation, and customer inquiries.
• Work closely with the order distribution team to optimize order fulfillment processes and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor order levels, delivery timelines, and delivery accuracy to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Service Costing and Pricing:
• Develop and maintain accurate service cost models to ensure competitive pricing and profitability.
• Collaborate with finance and operations to determine pricing strategies and optimize resource allocation.
• Ensure that pricing strategies align with organizational goals and customer needs.
Client Relationship Management:
• Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and partners through regular communication and exceptional service.
• Understand client needs, address concerns, and provide tailored solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with account managers to develop and execute client-centric strategies.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.

Budgeting and Financial Planning:
• Forecast revenue, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation to ensure cost-effectiveness and revenue targets.
• Balance cost-effectiveness with revenue targets to maintain a competitive edge.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with other departments (finance, operations, business support) to ensure seamless processes and effective communication.
• Collaborate with product development teams to align offerings with market needs and customer expectations.
• Foster a collaborative and customer-centric culture to drive business success.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Proven track record (minimum 8 years) in business development, sales, or related roles.
