- Maintaining employee records and handling salary adjustments.
- Managing government-mandated benefits, including enrollment, contributions, and claims processing.
- Administering employee benefits, such as health insurance and leave credits.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal compensation policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in payroll processing, compensation, or benefits administration.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, payroll systems, tax filing procedures, and government-mandated benefits.
