Working Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (with 1-hour lunch break)

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR Officer to join our growing team. This role will support the HR department in managing and implementing essential HR functions, ensuring compliance with DOLE regulations, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Corporate HR, strong knowledge of labor laws, and a good balance of being strict yet kind.
Key Responsibilities:
- Approve payroll and ensure all compensation is accurate and timely.
- Update and maintain job descriptions and conduct annual refreshers.
- Lead and manage performance evaluations, including tracking and monitoring employee progress.
- Develop and implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) as needed.
- Handle due process documentation in accordance with company policies and DOLE regulations.
- Issue notices and conduct administrative hearings.
- Coordinate with DOLE when necessary for compliance and legal matters.
- Update workflows and perform annual refreshers to ensure process efficiency.
- Safeguard and update 201 files to maintain accurate employee records.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in Corporate HR.
- Strong knowledge of DOLE regulations and labor laws.
- Proficient in due process documentation and handling disciplinary actions.
- Must possess a positive personality, with the ability to be both strict yet kind in dealing with employee matters.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be located near Taguig for easy commute.
