Join the team at Moss Design House as an HR Associate/HR Supervisor. In this full-time role based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR functions and contributing to the overall success of this growing interior, design and events firm.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in the overall functions of HR particular in the onboarding and off boarding of employees
  • Manage employee records and documentation
  • Coordinate training and development programs for staff and training provider
  • Provide HR administrative support, including payroll, benefits, leaves and contracts
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns
  • Coordinate with the leadership team on HR-related initiatives

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in an events and design-oriented environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with employees at all levels
  • Proficiency in HR information systems
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion
