Job Description:

The HR Compensation and Benefits Officer is responsible for administering and managing the company's compensation and benefits programs. This role ensures that the company's pay and benefits are competitive, equitable, and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. The Officer will play a key role in developing and implementing compensation strategies, conducting market analysis, and managing employee benefit programs.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages.
  • Participate in salary surveys and analyze data to determine appropriate pay levels.
  • Administer the annual salary review process, including merit increases, promotions, and adjustments.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant compensation laws and regulations (e.g., Fair Labor Standards Act, local labor laws).
  • Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, life insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits.
  • Process benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations accurately and timely.
  • Coordinate open enrollment periods and communicate benefit changes to employees.
  • Analyze benefit program costs and recommend cost-effective solutions.
  • Manage leave programs, including vacation, sick leave, and roster leave.
  • Maintain accurate employee records related to compensation and benefits.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in compensation and benefits laws and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS :
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
