- Support for performance management processes, including goal setting and feedback.

- Ensuring compliance with local regulations and labor laws.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in an HR role related to the delivery of compensation and benefits, and payroll processing.
- Expert knowledge of compensation and benefits practices.
- Knowledgeable in handling local payroll practices.
- Knowledgeable of applicable labor statutory regulatory laws and regulations.
