We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team at PRIME Philippines. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, hospitality, or customer service, with a strong focus on building relationships and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies that drive customer engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, using your expertise to build trust and rapport with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that drive customer engagement and acquisition.
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions with clients to ensure their needs are being met and to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and support to other team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least one year of experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • A proven track record of success in sales, with a strong focus on relationship-building and revenue growth.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
