Customer Experience Team Lead

Cobden & Carter International is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Team Lead to join their team in Quezon City.
As a key member of the customer service team, you will be responsible for leading a team of quality assurance managers and ensuring that customer needs are met through excellent service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience as a Quality Assurance Manager in a BPO Company and a Bachelor's degree.
This is a night shift position with an onsite work setup. The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of PHP 250,000 - 350,000 per year, depending on experience.
The recruitment process will consist of multiple stages, including paperscreening/phonescreening, recruitments interview, assessment, and interviews with Hiring Managers.
