About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to handle our account management functions. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop strategic relationships with clients to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, proposal development, and presentation.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent customer service and support.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Account Management, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package that includes a basic salary range of ₱45,000 - ₱60,000 per month, depending on experience.
