Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive - Enterprise Solutions to join our team in this key role.

Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with existing clients.
  2. Customer Engagement: Act as the front liner of our customer interface, responsible for planning, establishing, maintaining, and promoting customer connections and relationships.
  3. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to understand customers' business and network requirements, provide guidance, analyze their pain points and root causes, and influence their decision-making to improve customer satisfaction and foster a win-win partnership.
  4. Sales Operations: Mobilize and organize internal resources of the Company to drive project implementation, ensure the completion of sales tasks, and enhance the Company's management and team capability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Business Administration, with a strong interest in technical products.
  • 5-10 years of experience in Account Management in the ICT industry, preferably in Enterprise / Carrier Business.
  • Fundamental knowledge of the ICT products and services.
  • Good technical knowledge, coupled with a dynamic approach to sales.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented and customer-focused team player.
  • Proficiency in English (Mandarin proficiency is an advantage).
