Remote Technical Operations Specialist

The Technical Operations Specialist will be responsible for delivering seamless technical experiences that enable clients to thrive in the rapidly evolving AI-driven business landscape.
Key Responsibilities:- Set up, launch, and monitor cold email campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Develop and maintain automation workflows using n8n.io and other integrated tools.
- Generate targeted lead lists based on client-defined Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
- Troubleshoot deliverability issues, API errors, and automation bugs.
- Sync leads and actions across platforms like Instantly, Apollo, n8n, and client CRM systems.
- Maintain organized documentation of systems and processes in Notion or SOPs.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in marketing automation or CRM platform management.
- Proficiency in Go High Level, n8n, Instantly.ai, Apollo.io, Zapier, and Make.com.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or HighLevel.
- Background in outbound sales, B2B environments, and managing cold email campaigns.
- Strong understanding of marketing automations and workflow optimization principles.
- Problem-solving mindset with expertise in debugging tools and streamlining processes.
- Highly organized, self-directed, and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical setups and process documentation.
