Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, reconciliations, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Australian accounting practices, particularly in payroll and operational roles, and possess solid analytical skills to support their account manager and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Process payroll, including timesheet based payrolls
  • Reconcile ledger transactions and bank statement records
  • Manage and support client operations and processes
  • Provide financial support to clients and employees
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of Australian accounting practices and principles
  • Experience with payroll and operational roles
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Employment Hero Payroll and Xero
