We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our team.
This role involves providing top-notch technical assistance to clients via phone, chat, or email, ensuring timely and effective resolutions to their issues.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong command of the English language, and the ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems with ease.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Diagnostics and troubleshooting of complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and customer experience.
- Meet performance metrics including resolution time, customer satisfaction, and attendance.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous call center experience and work-from-home experience are essential.
- Strong typing skills (20+ WPM) and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and ability to multitask effectively.
- Able to self-manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.
