Remote Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Remote Technical Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our support unit, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise.
- Review and update support tickets for efficient tracking and resolution.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and document detailed resolution steps.
- Communicate effectively with customers to address their needs and provide timely solutions.
- Contribute to the creation and improvement of knowledge base materials and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry tools and technologies to ensure optimal performance.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 150 Mbps) and remote setup requirements.
- Previous experience in technical support, preferably in a remote environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as effective troubleshooting abilities.
- Familiarity with Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and CRM systems is highly desirable.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset are essential for success in this role.
