Customer Service and Operations Manager

Cartrack is seeking an accomplished Operations professional to drive our customer service and support functions forward. As the Head of Operations, you will be accountable for ensuring seamless delivery of services, leading a high-performing team, and fostering a culture of excellence within the organization. Main Responsibilities
- Manage a dedicated customer service support center to ensure prompt resolution of customer inquiries.
- Proactively monitor product health to identify exceptional cases and initiate repair processes when required.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize operational efficiency.
- Provide training to internal employees and customers as needed.
- Review and approve billing reports from various service providers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in team management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in customer service and operations.
- Proficiency in English language.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Independent thinker with a positive attitude.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
