Main Responsibilities
  • Manage a dedicated customer service support center to ensure prompt resolution of customer inquiries.
  • Proactively monitor product health to identify exceptional cases and initiate repair processes when required.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Provide training to internal employees and customers as needed.
  • Review and approve billing reports from various service providers.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in team management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer service and operations.
  • Proficiency in English language.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Independent thinker with a positive attitude.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
