About the Role

This position is responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives and overseeing call center operations.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders to determine values and mission and plan for short and long-term goals.

  • Recruit, select, hire, and train new call center personnel.
  • Prepare call center performance reports by collecting and analyzing call agents' data.
  • Evaluate individual performance reviews and overall team effectiveness with upper management.
