Global Trade Operations Support Specialist

Our organization requires an expert in trade management and financial analysis to support our global operations. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of trades, analyzing market trends, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth.

Job Description:
  • Trade Tracking and Data Management:
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive trade tracking systems to monitor and analyze trade data in real-time.
    • Track live trade data, including entry/exit time, price, profit/loss, spread, strategy tag, session, and time of day.
    • Maintain summary statistics per strategy and per pair.
  • Business Financial Dashboard Creation:
    • Design and update a master financial dashboard for prop firm accounts, payouts, and profits.
    • Deliver concise, visual daily reports at rollover.
  • Trade Execution Oversight:
    • Monitor strategies at Forex rollover daily.
    • Ensure EAs are active and trades copy correctly to prop accounts.
    • Troubleshoot and escalate trade execution issues immediately.
    • Organize and log backtest results by pair and strategy.
    • Record metrics (win rate, profit factor, drawdown, expectancy).
    • Tag strategies for live testing consideration.
  • Prop Firm Challenge Setup:
    • Participate in prop firm challenges using your identity.
    • Track status of challenges and payouts.
  • Ongoing Administrative Duties:
    • Maintain login credentials securely.
    • Follow up on prop firm payouts and support issues.
    • Keep records audit-ready and updated.
    • Join weekly check-ins for updates and planning.
