Senior Governance Specialist Role

The Senior Governance Specialist is a key role within the International Governance team, responsible for delivering exceptional services to customers and driving excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support team POCs with global vendor management.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify proactive solutions for vendor performance management.
  • Analyze data to drive performance improvements.
  • Monitor performance trends against service level agreements and operational goals.
  • Update operational systems and documentation to ensure change controls are in place.
  • Provide insights on process updates and expand global knowledge with First Advantage teams or clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent courses.
  • 3-5 years of industry experience or equivalent.
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong written and verbal English language skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and lead.
  • 'Customer First' mindset.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Strong analytical skills.
