Finance Professional for Trade Promotion Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Customer Experience team as an Accounts Receivable Accountant (Trade Deductions). This role is perfect for someone with a passion for finance, accounting, and trade promotion management.

Vividly is the leading modern trade promotion management solution built by and for the consumer packaged goods industry. Our platform helps brands manage every element of trade spend, from campaign creation to deductions management and promotion measurement.

In this role, you will work closely with the AR Manager to develop a scalable platform that supports deductions reconciliation. You will identify trends and opportunities for clients based on expense settlements and follow established procedures to determine whether an expense is authorized or unauthorized.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop standard operating procedures for different tasks within the department.
  • Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance the deductions process.
  • Assist with ad hoc analysis and reporting.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Trade Promotion Management.
  • A background or education in Accounting.
  • Deductions, collections, reconciliations, and general trade finance experience is required.
  • CPG Industry experience is required.
