Our team seeks a motivated professional to manage operational, marketing, and customer support tasks for a rapidly expanding Australian cryptocurrency exchange.
This is a fully remote, permanent role with flexible hours. Opportunities exist for growth into leadership or specialist roles as the company expands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage social media presence by creating and scheduling posts on various platforms.
- Assist with booking and optimizing digital ads on platforms like Google and Facebook.
- Provide professional customer support via email, chat, and social media channels.
- Participate in user testing, report bugs, and suggest improvements for platform updates.
- Stay updated on crypto trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.
- Support administrative tasks, data entry, and process documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, IT, Business, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in cryptocurrency or blockchain with familiarity in exchange, trading, or DeFi preferred.
- Excellent written English skills for customer communication and social media.
- Basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, social media scheduling, and troubleshooting basic tech issues.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with customer support platforms such as Freshdesk or Zendesk.
- Graphic design or video editing skills using Canva, CapCut, etc.
