Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Trading Operations Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of trading fundamentals and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.


The role involves monitoring open positions across spot and futures markets, overseeing market making bots, and identifying and escalating issues promptly. The successful candidate will also communicate effectively with the core trading/engineering team and ensure risk limits and exposure are kept within agreed parameters.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring market conditions and making informed decisions to optimize trading performance.
  • Reviewing and verifying market making bot logs to ensure correct order placements and tracking executions.
  • Escalating any system errors, unexpected PnL swings, or exchange disconnects to the core trading/engineering team.
  • Collaborating with the trading/engineering team to resolve anomalies and improve trading processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with risk management policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of trading fundamentals, including order books, spreads, liquidity, and hedging.
  • Basic technical literacy, including reading logs, interpreting error messages, and navigating dashboards.
  • Experience in crypto trading or a strong willingness to learn.
