Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Global Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service while resolving complex technical issues for customers worldwide.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

This position requires a strong understanding of our services and products, with the ability to educate and empower customers through education and resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customers via email and phone with their inquiries on a daily basis
  • Manage customer expectations and follow up on promises and time commitments
  • Log all customer communications accurately in our support ticket tracking tool
  • Understand customer business processes and software system processes
  • Complete regular tasks for customers such as report creation
  • Ensure reported defects are thoroughly tested, replicated, and documented
  • Work closely with our development support team to resolve incidents timely and within SLAs
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong technical and software experience
  • Able to exercise the "Three T's" (Thinking, Talking, Typing)
  • 3+ years of customer/technical service experience
